Midcourse Iterative Guidance Method for the Impact Time and Angle Control of Two-Pulse Interceptors

To address the need for flexible energy management and impact angle control in midcourse guidance of modern long-range antiballistic interceptors, an time law is designed exoatmospheric flight which covers two pulse sections coast sections. The problem described as optimal model with discontinuities system equations at interior points, iterative method used to efficiently solve two-point boundary value problem. Simulation results demonstrate effectiveness proposed law; obtained miss distance accuracy has order magnitude 1 m, a 1° while can be achieved.
